- At this time, Heather Ferman Beads ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Heather Ferman Beads ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for ALL MERCHANDISE ORDERED ON THIS WEB SITE PASS TO YOU WHEN THE MERCHANDISE IS DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER. US orders will be mailed within 2 business days from order. International orders will be mailed once a week.

- Please contact me if you would like to purchase priority international, or insurance for your package. I will no longer offer a refund for any lost packages!
- Sales Tax
- Heather Ferman charges sales tax for all Florida customers. Please contact me if you have a current FL resale license and I will refund the tax.
